All-on-4® with a zirconia final is priced starting at $15,999 per arch, cash or check. Publishing it only helps you if we are equally clear about the edges: a full mouth is two arches, patients with an atrophic jaw are not candidates for this offer, and the warranty and maintenance program are sold separately. Your consultation confirms all of it in writing.
Extractions on that arch, your 3D CT scan, anesthesia, teeth on the day of surgery, your custom zirconia final prosthesis, and your follow-up visits. At your complimentary consultation we walk through it line by line — clearly, in plain language, itemized and in writing.
We utilize multiple third-party financing companies, with monthly payment plans available with approved credit — so you can find the monthly payment that fits your budget.
We do not accept dental insurance — we are out of network by design — but our team will complete the form for you to submit to your insurance carrier. Some patients have told us they received a partial reimbursement from their insurance toward their treatment — every plan is different.
The challenge for patients is finding the right provider — one with real experience in these complex treatments, who will still be there when there are issues. With the influx of corporate dentistry, patients have faced practices closing, or the dentist who treated them no longer being there.
