Consultation & 3D CT Scan

Every journey starts with seeing clearly.

Your first visit is a complimentary consultation with a 3D CT scan — the same imaging we plan real surgeries with. You'll see your own anatomy on screen, get an honest answer about candidacy (including if you've been told you “don't have enough bone”), and if you want it, leave with a written, itemized plan.

Stage 2 of 7

Smile Design

Your smile is designed before surgery ever begins.

Your CT scan, intraoral scans, and photographs come together in a digital smile design. The teeth are planned to your facial structure and bite — in our in-house digital laboratory, by the same team that will deliver them. You preview the design and refine it with us.

Stage 3 of 7

Surgery & Your First Set of Teeth

You never leave without a smile.

On surgery day, a dedicated dental anesthesiologist manages your comfort while the surgical team follows your digital plan. Implants are placed — and qualifying patients receive their first set of fixed provisional teeth before going home.

Stage 4 of 7

Your Second Set of Teeth

Refined as early as the next day.

Your second set is a refined provisional — bite, comfort, and esthetics adjusted based on how your first set looks and feels. Because the laboratory is down the hall, refinement is a conversation with the team that knows your case, not a shipping label.

Stage 5 of 7 Optional step

PMMA Set of Teeth

Some journeys benefit from one more rehearsal.

For cases that need extended healing or extra refinement time, we craft a durable PMMA set — a near-final trial smile you live with before your zirconia is milled. Not every patient needs this step; your plan will tell you if yours does.

Delivery of Your Zirconia Teeth

The smile you've been rehearsing becomes permanent.

Your final teeth are a custom zirconia bridge, manufactured from your digital records in our in-house laboratory and matched to the design you approved — in as little as 21 days from surgery for qualifying cases.

Stage 7 of 7

Lifetime Maintenance

Delivery isn't the end — it's the beginning.

Your new teeth are cared for every 4–6 months by the same team that planned, placed, and crafted them. Aria is locally owned by Dr. Joe Mehranfar and Scott Lauer — the people who set the standards are in the building, and their names are attached to your outcome.

Individual candidacy, healing, and treatment timelines vary and are confirmed with a complimentary 3D CT scan and consultation. Fixed same-day teeth and the 21-day zirconia timeline apply to qualifying patients. The PMMA set is included only when your treatment plan calls for it.
