Before surgery
A 3D CT scan maps your bone volume, anatomy, and bite. Our expert digital lab team designs your provisional smile digitally. Surgical guides are prepared for precise implant placement. Your team knows exactly where every implant goes before surgery begins.
Surgery day
Implants are placed using the digital surgical plan. Photogrammetry captures the exact 3D position of each implant in your jaw. SprintRay® 3D-printed fixed provisional teeth are attached before you leave. You walk out with a full, fixed smile.
Day after surgery
You return the next day. Fit, bite, and comfort are assessed with fresh digital data. A refined second set of 3D-printed provisional teeth is delivered — precisely adjusted for the post-surgical position. Your healing process begins on a stable, accurate foundation.

Special scan bodies are placed on each implant, and the photogrammetry system builds a precise spatial map of where every implant sits, at what angle, and how they relate to each other.

When your implants have fully integrated and your case is ready for final delivery, our digital lab team's design is transmitted to Nobel Biocare's precision manufacturing facility in Mahwah, NJ. Industrial CAD/CAM milling machines — operating to tolerances measured in microns — produce your custom NobelProcera® Zirconia Implant Bridge from high-grade zirconia ceramic. After milling, the bridge is sintered at high temperatures to achieve its final strength, then quality-inspected before shipping to Aria.
