Teeth-In-A-Day · Phoenix, AZ
Aria's digital implant workflow — developed by Dr. Joe Mehranfar and our clinical and lab team — gives patients fixed 3D-printed teeth the day of surgery, a refined set the very next day, and final custom zirconia teeth in as little as 21 days. You are never without a smile.
New 2026 pricing
The experience of Dr. Joe Mehranfar paired with pricing that's unmatched in the Valley — so a permanent, fixed smile is finally within reach.
Pricing is per arch and reflects cash or check payment. A consultation and 3D CT scan are required before any treatment plan is provided. For All-on-6, some patients may not have enough bone to support all six implants; your candidacy is confirmed at your consultation. Flexible financing is available.
A different kind of implant experience
Traditional implant timelines at many practices involve multiple surgeries, weeks or months in removable dentures, and a long wait before a final restoration is even fabricated. Patients go home from surgery without teeth, or with temporary removable appliances that slip and cause discomfort throughout healing.
Aria's approach is fundamentally different. Dr. Joe Mehranfar and our clinical and laboratory team built a digital workflow specifically designed to give patients a complete, fixed smile at every stage — from the moment they leave surgery through their final permanent teeth.
This is possible because of the technology. Intra-oral scanning, photogrammetry, and SprintRay® 3D printing allow the entire process to move with a speed and precision that conventional lab-based workflows simply cannot match. And because our expert digital lab team works in-house alongside the surgical team, everything from digital design to final delivery happens without the delays of third-party labs.
The result is a complete implant journey — from failing teeth to a permanent custom zirconia smile — completed in as little as 21 days.
Teeth-In-A-Day is ideal if you:
The Aria digital workflow
Dr. Joe Mehranfar and the Aria team developed this workflow to eliminate every unnecessary wait from the implant process. Here is exactly what the journey looks like.
Before surgery
A 3D CT scan maps your bone volume, anatomy, and bite. Our expert digital lab team designs your provisional smile digitally. Surgical guides are prepared for precise implant placement. Your team knows exactly where every implant goes before surgery begins.
Surgery day
Implants are placed using the digital surgical plan. Photogrammetry captures the exact 3D position of each implant in your jaw. SprintRay® 3D-printed fixed provisional teeth are attached before you leave. You walk out with a full, fixed smile.
Day after surgery
You return the next day. Fit, bite, and comfort are assessed with fresh digital data. A refined second set of 3D-printed provisional teeth is delivered — precisely adjusted for the post-surgical position. Your healing process begins on a stable, accurate foundation.
As little as 21 days
Once your implants have integrated, our digital lab team's CAD/CAM design is sent to Nobel Biocare's manufacturing facility in Mahwah, NJ. Your custom zirconia bridge is precision-milled, sintered, and delivered. Your final permanent smile is placed — often in as little as 21 days from surgery.

The technology stack
Teeth-In-A-Day is not a marketing promise — it is the direct result of a fully digital clinical workflow built around five precision technologies working in sequence. Remove any one of them and the timeline collapses.
A handheld digital scanner captures a precise, full-color 3D model of your teeth, gums, and bite relationship in minutes — replacing traditional putty impressions entirely. The resulting digital model is immediately available for treatment planning, design, and fabrication with no physical transport delays, no distortion, and no remakes.
This data feeds directly into our digital lab team's CAD/CAM design and the 3D printing workflow — ensuring that every provisional and final restoration is built from exact digital measurements of your mouth, not an estimate from a physical mold.
After implants are placed, photogrammetry captures their exact three-dimensional positions in the jaw — with an accuracy that neither physical impressions nor standard scanning alone can achieve at this scale. Special scan bodies are placed on each implant, and the photogrammetry system builds a precise spatial map of where every implant sits, at what angle, and how they relate to each other.
This data is critical. Even a fraction of a millimeter of error in implant position can cause a misfitting bridge. Photogrammetry eliminates that risk, giving our expert digital lab team a verified, precise foundation for designing your final restoration.
SprintRay® is the dental industry's leading 3D printing platform, and Aria is among the select practices that have integrated it fully into the surgical workflow. Using high-resolution dental resin printed at speeds conventional fabrication methods cannot match, SprintRay® produces your provisional bridge in hours — not days.
The provisionals are strong, precise, and designed to protect your implants and maintain your bite alignment throughout healing. They are fixed to your implants — not removable — from the moment you leave the surgical suite. For patients who have spent years managing failing teeth or ill-fitting dentures, the difference on surgery day is immediate and profound.
From the digital scan data and photogrammetry output, our expert digital lab team designs both your provisional and final restorations using advanced dental design software. Working directly alongside Dr. Joe and the clinical team, they shape every contour, every tooth, every gumline profile to match your anatomy and aesthetic goals.
Because our digital lab team works in the same building, design decisions that would take days of back-and-forth with an external lab are resolved in real time. The approved design is sent directly to production — either the SprintRay® printer down the hall, or Nobel Biocare's manufacturing facility in Mahwah, NJ — the same day approval is given.
When your implants have fully integrated and your case is ready for final delivery, our digital lab team's design is transmitted to Nobel Biocare's precision manufacturing facility in Mahwah, NJ. Industrial CAD/CAM milling machines — operating to tolerances measured in microns — produce your custom NobelProcera® Zirconia Implant Bridge from high-grade zirconia ceramic. After milling, the bridge is sintered at high temperatures to achieve its final strength, then quality-inspected before shipping to Aria.
Because every step before this point has been fully digital — no physical impressions to interpret, no position measurements to estimate, no design to be relayed through phone calls — the manufactured bridge fits with extraordinary precision when it arrives. The result: a permanent custom smile delivered in as little as 21 days from the day of surgery.
Why it matters
Speed is only part of the story. Here is what receiving fixed teeth the day of surgery — and a permanent smile in 21 days — actually means for patients.
From the moment you leave surgery, you have a fixed, complete set of teeth. There is no stage where you are missing your smile — not for a day, not for a week. This changes the entire emotional experience of the implant journey.
Fixed provisional teeth are carefully designed to protect your implants during healing — distributing bite forces properly and maintaining the spatial relationships needed for a precise final restoration. Your healing proceeds on a stable, well-engineered foundation.
While other practices measure the implant journey in months, Aria's digital workflow compresses the timeline to as little as 21 days for final delivery. Fewer appointments, fewer waiting periods, faster return to normal life — and to the foods you love.
Because the entire workflow is digital — from the initial scan through photogrammetry, CAD/CAM design, and manufacturing — every step builds on exact data rather than physical approximation. The result is a final restoration that fits with a level of precision conventional methods simply cannot deliver.
Many patients tell us the moment they see their smile — on surgery day — is one of the most emotional experiences of their lives. Being able to smile, eat, and interact with others from day one changes how patients experience healing. Confidence is not deferred; it is restored the same day.
The entire workflow — surgery, scanning, photogrammetry, 3D printing, CAD/CAM design, and final delivery coordination — happens at Aria, between the same people. There is no handoff to an external lab, no waiting for files to be sent, no communication gap. The speed and precision of the workflow are a direct consequence of this integration.
The treatment behind the technology
The All-on-4® treatment concept — placing four strategically positioned implants to support a complete fixed arch — is what makes immediate load and same-day teeth biomechanically possible. The angulation and placement strategy distributes forces in a way that allows fixed provisional teeth to be attached the same day without compromising implant integration.
Dr. Joe Mehranfar has placed more than 3,000 full-mouth cases using this workflow and lectures internationally on the All-on-4® treatment concept for Nobel Biocare. The technique he teaches others is the same technique he uses for every patient at Aria.
The All-on-4® treatment concept is not one-size-fits-all at Aria. Dr. Joe evaluates each patient's bone volume, density, and anatomy individually — and selects the implant configuration that will give that specific patient the strongest, most predictable long-term result.
The day of surgery is the day your life changes. It starts with fixed teeth.

Teeth-In-A-Day means that on the same day your dental implants are placed, you leave with a fixed set of teeth — not a denture to take in and out, but a full set of teeth securely attached to your implants. The day after surgery you return for a second, refined set of 3D-printed provisional teeth. Your final NobelProcera® zirconia teeth can then be delivered in as little as 21 days. You are never without fixed teeth throughout the entire process.
Yes. Aria's digital workflow allows a customized set of fixed 3D-printed provisional teeth to be prepared in advance of your surgery, so they are ready to attach immediately after implant placement. You walk in for surgery and walk out the same day with a full set of fixed teeth. This is made possible by the intra-oral scanning, digital design, and SprintRay® 3D printing technology Aria has integrated into the surgical workflow.
The teeth you receive on surgery day — and the refined set the following day — are precision 3D-printed provisionals made from high-quality dental resin using SprintRay® technology. They are fixed, functional, and look like real teeth. They protect your implants and maintain your bite alignment while your implants heal. Your final teeth are the NobelProcera® Zirconia Implant Bridge — a permanent, custom-designed ceramic restoration that is significantly stronger, more durable, more stain-resistant, and more aesthetically refined than the provisionals. It can be delivered in as little as 21 days.
The second-day appointment is part of Aria's commitment to accuracy and comfort throughout healing. After surgery, any minor changes in position or tissue are accounted for with fresh digital data, the fit and bite are assessed precisely, and a refined provisional set is delivered. This step ensures your provisional teeth are as comfortable and accurately fitted as possible during osseointegration — rather than leaving issues unaddressed for weeks.
Aria's Teeth-In-A-Day workflow is built on five precision technologies working in sequence: intra-oral scanning (replaces physical impressions with exact 3D digital models), photogrammetry (captures the precise 3D positions of each implant in the jaw), SprintRay® 3D printing (produces fixed provisional teeth in hours), in-house CAD/CAM design by our expert digital lab team (who design every restoration digitally before fabrication), and NobelProcera® manufacturing (delivers the final zirconia bridge from Nobel Biocare's Mahwah, NJ facility). These five technologies, operating under one roof with direct communication between clinical and lab teams, are why Aria's timeline is possible where other practices cannot match it.
Most practices rely on outside dental labs and traditional impression-based workflows, which add weeks to every step. Aria's all-digital process eliminates those delays: intra-oral scanning produces immediate accurate data, photogrammetry provides exact implant positions, and our expert digital lab team's in-house CAD/CAM design is sent directly to Nobel Biocare's manufacturing facility the same day it is approved. Because there are no physical impressions to transport, no design to be relayed through external lab communication, and no waiting for files to arrive, the process moves at the speed of digital — and the 21-day timeline is achievable for most full-arch patients.
Most patients seeking full-arch dental implant treatment are candidates for Teeth-In-A-Day, but candidacy depends on bone volume, bone density, and overall health. A 3D CT scan at Aria is the only accurate way to evaluate your anatomy and determine the optimal treatment plan. Many patients who have been told they don't have enough bone qualify with the angulated implant strategies used at Aria. The consultation is complimentary, and there is no obligation.
