For Chandler patients
Chandler holds two populations that rarely sit in the same waiting room. There is the Price Corridor — Intel out at Ocotillo, Microchip, Northrop, the software and semiconductor employers that have turned the southeast Valley into an engineering town — and there is Sun Lakes and the golf communities just south of it, one of the largest active-retirement populations in Arizona. Downtown, around the historic square and the San Marcos, the two overlap on a Saturday morning.
They ask us the same question from opposite directions. The engineer asks it because she has meetings on Monday and cannot be visibly missing teeth in front of a customer. The Sun Lakes patient asks it because he plays four mornings a week and has a trip booked in six weeks. Both want to know exactly what the calendar looks like, and both have usually been given vague answers elsewhere.
Here is the honest version. Full-arch implant treatment is not a lunchtime procedure and anyone who suggests otherwise is selling something. But it is also not the disappearing act people imagine from stories about the old approach — months in a temporary, a flat denture while you heal, repeated fittings stretching into the next season. Qualifying patients leave surgery the same day with a fixed provisional set of teeth. The final custom zirconia can follow in as little as 21 days, because the lab that makes them is in our building rather than in another state.
That is the practical difference an in-house digital laboratory makes, and it matters most to exactly the people Chandler is full of: those who cannot simply drop out of their life for a season. What we ask in return is that you plan it properly rather than squeezing it. Bring your calendar to the consultation. We will tell you which weeks matter, when you need a driver, when you will be eating softly and when you will not.
And if you are somewhere in the middle — still working, still travelling, but with a bridge that has started to move — the useful thing to know is that decisions get easier with imaging in front of you. Not more urgent. Just clearer.
Getting here from Chandler
Our Phoenix office at 12320 N. 32nd Street, Suite 3 sits in the 85032 ZIP code, just west of the Piestewa Freeway. From Ocotillo, Fulton Ranch and the Price Corridor, Loop 101 Price north to Loop 202 and across to State Route 51 is the usual route. From downtown Chandler and the Arizona Avenue corridor, I-10 north to SR-51 is generally quicker outside rush hour. From Sun Lakes, Riggs Road to I-10 north is the simplest. Turn-by-turn directions are one tap from the map above.
If you are coming straight from work, aim for a mid-morning or early-afternoon appointment and you will miss the worst of both commutes. Consultations outside normal business hours can be arranged — call or text 602-877-0429.
Your first visit
Your 3D CT scan and consultation are complimentary, with no obligation to start treatment.
The same imaging we plan real surgeries with. You see your own bone and jaw on screen — not a brochure, and not an average.
Including if you've been told elsewhere that you don't have enough bone. Very few people are genuinely ruled out.
From a single implant through full-arch treatment, with realistic timelines for each — and what each one asks of you.
If you want it, before you leave, with financing shown alongside. Already holding a quote from another office? Second opinions are complimentary too.
Paying for treatment
For most Chandler patients, the short answer is no. Original Medicare (Parts A and B) states it plainly: Medicare “doesn’t cover dental services like routine cleanings, fillings, tooth extractions (removals), or items like dentures and implants.” The exceptions are narrow and hospital-based — a dental exam before a heart valve replacement or an organ transplant, for instance, or an extraction to clear an infection before cancer treatment.
Some Medicare Advantage plans add a dental benefit. Those benefits are set by the plan rather than by Medicare, and the annual maximum is usually well below the cost of implant treatment. Private dental insurance behaves much the same way: an annual maximum, a list of exclusions, and sometimes an alternative-benefit clause that pays toward a denture instead of an implant.
None of that means you are on your own. Aria does not accept dental insurance, we are out of network by design, but our team will complete the form for you to submit to your insurance carrier — and monthly financing is presented alongside your written quote so you can see the real monthly number rather than only the total. More detail: will my dental insurance cover implants? and dental implant financing and payment plans.
Chandler questions, answered
It depends on your case, and you will get a specific answer after your 3D CT scan rather than a general one before it. In broad terms: qualifying patients leave surgery the same day with fixed provisional teeth, most people plan for a few days of taking it easy afterwards, and final custom zirconia teeth can follow in as little as 21 days because our laboratory is in-house. Bring your calendar to the consultation and we will map it against your actual commitments.
Yes. The office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and consultations outside those hours can be arranged — say so when you call. Surgery days require a driver because of anesthesia, so those need planning, but consultations and most follow-ups are straightforward to fit around a working week.
Yes — Sun Lakes sits just south of Chandler and patients from there are seen at the same Phoenix office. Riggs Road to I-10 north is the usual run. If you are weighing treatment around a travel schedule, bring your dates to the consultation and we will plan against them.
A complimentary 3D CT scan and consultation. You see your own bone and jaw on screen, get a straight answer on candidacy, hear your realistic options and timelines, and if you want it you leave with a written, itemized quote. There is no obligation to start treatment.
Age by itself is not a disqualifier. General health, bone and gum condition are what matter, and we assess those from your scan and exam rather than from your birth year. A large share of the patients we treat are retired.
Original Medicare does not cover dentures or implants, apart from narrow hospital-based exceptions tied to another covered medical treatment. Some Medicare Advantage plans include a limited dental benefit set by the plan. Aria does not accept dental insurance, we are out of network by design, but our team will complete the form for you to submit to your insurance carrier, and monthly financing is presented alongside your written quote.
Yes, and the second opinion is complimentary. Bring the treatment plan and any imaging you have. You will get our read on it, and the information is yours to keep whether or not you treat with Aria.
