The All-on-4® treatment concept uses four dental implants strategically placed in the jawbone to support a full arch of replacement teeth. That arch typically carries about 12 teeth — here's how we arrive at that number, and why it isn't 16.

The rear implants are angled to maximize available bone and often eliminate the need for extensive bone grafting procedures. This innovative approach allows many patients who have been told they are not candidates for implants to qualify for treatment.

Once the implants are placed, a custom-designed fixed provisional prosthesis is attached, allowing patients to leave with a new smile the same day.

Unlike removable dentures, the replacement teeth are securely attached and do not move during eating, speaking, or laughing.
